  Service Policies

ESTIMATES
All units that are not in warranty or under a service contract require a "prepaid estimate fee" before Sharper will begin any diagnostic or repair services. If the unit is repaired the estimate fee will be applied to the cost of the repair. If the estimate is denied the "estimate fee" is non-refundable. The prepaid estimate fee is $40.00 for most all products with the exception of VCR's / portable audio ($30), camcorders ($55), TV's 32" and above ($50) and projection TV's / projectors ($100). For HDTV and Plasma TV's please inquire.

SHIPPING
All units shipped to Sharper must be shipped pre-paid. Sharper will not accept any units shipped "collect". We determine shipping cost & let you know. "COD" unless arranged otherwise on all units. Sharper will NOT ship any TV's, PTV's, Monitors or LCD's.

We have a great deal of confidence in our service excellence! We would not have grown to become the northwest's largest consumer electronics service center by not performing.
